Fundamentals
Refine the core skills that separate good divers from great ones. These workshops and programs focus on buoyancy mastery, propulsion techniques, decompression theory, and dive planning — the foundation for safe, efficient diving at any level.
Becoming a Better Diver
3 days
A personalised skills assessment and targeted improvement programme. Three days of honest evaluation, specific in-water drills, and a written development roadmap. Not a standard course — built entirely around your gaps.
Buoyancy & Trim
2 days
Neutral buoyancy that is actually neutral. Horizontal trim that is actually horizontal. Two days of targeted in-water drills on the skills most divers have been practising incorrectly for years — with real feedback after every session.
Dive Computers and Decompression Management
1–2 days
What your dive computer is actually computing — Bühlmann ZHL-16C, RGBM, VPM, gradient factors, GF99, and Surface GF. How to configure it, how to read it, and how to use it to make genuinely safer decisions in the water.
Dive Planning
2 days
Unplanned dives are managed by luck. This course builds the planning process serious divers use before every dive — gas volumes, turn pressures, contingency thinking, and team communication from a 20m reef to a staged deco dive.
Introduction to Decompression Theory
1 day
Understand decompression as a physical process happening in your body on every dive — not as rules to follow. Tissue compartments, dissolved-gas models, gradient factors, and how to read what your dive computer is actually telling you.
